Will AI replace employees?

Short answer

More often AI replaces not people but individual tasks — repetitive data entry, sorting, standard replies. Employees gain time for work that needs judgement, customer relationships and responsibility. Companies that use it can get more done with the same team.

What changes in practice

AI handles tasks best when they are:

  • repetitive and follow similar rules;
  • based on text and documents;
  • high in volume but not too complex.

An accountant is still needed, but she no longer has to retype invoices — the system does it, and she checks the exceptions. A customer service agent doesn’t get hundreds of identical questions but handles the complex cases.

New roles

New jobs appear: someone sets up and monitors AI solutions, checks the results, improves the processes. AI is changing work in IT too — see how AI is changing software development.

Our experience

We ourselves work alongside AI agents in development, testing and documentation. They don’t replace developers, but they let a small team do more, faster. We see the same in our clients’ companies: AI takes away the routine, and people do the work that requires thinking.

Our service AI solutions and AI agents AI that reads documents, answers questions and handles routine work.
