Who processes the data

What data we receive

Only what you send us yourself through the contact form or by e-mail:

• your name, company name, e-mail address and phone number;
• the content of your request — the services you chose, your description, company size and timeframe.

Why

To reply to your request, get in touch with you and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the questions we receive (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to communicate about your request. If no cooperation follows, we delete the data no later than 2 years after our last contact. If we sign a contract, we keep the data for the term of the contract and as long as required by law.

Who else can access the data

Only our employees who need it for their work, and technical service providers (for example e-mail and hosting services) that process the data on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or third-party tracking.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict its processing or object to it. Write to info@whitedigital.eu. If you believe your data has been processed incorrectly, you can contact the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia.
