You will be participating in well known projects and work with business leaders from different sectors in Latvia. Besides working on software, you will have a chance to try out electronics, 3D printing and prototyping together with collegues.

Responsibilities

• Work on new and existing custom software products;
• Work closely with the IT team in completing projects;
• Design system architecture;
• Writing unit/feature tests;
• Follow the industry’s best practices for writing clean code;
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience as PHP developer - ability to name differences between PHP 7.4 and 8;
• Deep knowledge of PHP frameworks and their communities (e.g. Symfony, Yii2);
• Experience with API development and integrations;
• Experience with payment systems, regular and recurring payments;
• Track record of developing and delivering projects in time;
• Docker and Linux knowledge;
• A university degree is desirable;
• Experience with project scalability and infrastructure is a plus;.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of work experience in UX/UI design;
• You have clear understanding of usability, user- centered design, and accessibility;
• An in-depth understanding of the design process and how new media can deliver audience needs and contribute to the company audience’s aims and aspirations;
• A high level of proficiency in Figma and other UX software;
• An understanding of Illustrator and InDesign would be considered as an advantage;
• A portfolio of successfully delivered projects that demonstrate design expertise;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering highly-polished prototypes under tight time constraints;

Responsibilities, what you will be expected to do: 

• Work closely with our team members to build demos, prototypes and final designs of proposed and planned applications and features; 
• Collaborate in the definition of user interface design standards for applications, webpages and products, to optimize ease-of-use and achieve an integrated and consistent look and feel;
• Design and illustrate finalized application user interface concepts, assist development teams in their day to day activities;
• Conduct ongoing research of user interface development best practices in mobile and web areas.
