IT project manager (AI and automation)

You’ll be the one who talks to business owners, understands where their work loses time and money, and together with the team turns that into a working system — more and more often with AI and automation.

Our clients range from well-known companies and public institutions to small and medium businesses for which a custom system is a big step forward.

What you’ll do

• Analyse clients’ business processes and find what can be automated or improved with AI
• Write requirements, user stories and wireframes
• Run 3–5 projects at a time with small development teams
• Use AI tools every day — for meeting summaries, requirement drafts, analysis and documentation
• Be the client’s main contact from the first conversation to handover

What we expect

• Experience in IT project management or business analysis
• An understanding of web technologies and how software is built
• The ability to talk to both a business owner and a developer
• You already use AI tools in your work and understand what AI can and cannot do for a business

Nice to have

• Experience with process automation or AI projects
• Experience with Jira, YouTrack or similar tools
• Experience with projects under funding programmes (for example LIAA)
